All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and the Stars Tracker brand — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Ownership of project deliverables is transferred as set out in the relevant engagement agreement.

4. Client responsibilities

• Ensure you hold the necessary rights to any materials you supply to us.
• Comply with applicable healthcare, data protection and regulatory obligations relevant to your organisation.

5. Confidentiality & data

We treat client and patient information as strictly confidential and handle it in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable regulations, including HIPAA-aware practices and UAE health data requirements.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website. Our total liability in connection with an engagement is limited as set out in the applicable agreement.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
